Codes of Conduct
ChinaGlobe
is a private service. By using ChinaGlobe, you are subject to the terms of
ChinaGlobe Codes of Conduct ("Rules"), and other rules that may
be published from time to time on ChinaGlobe. ChinaGlobe is provided as a
free service to anyone who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions
of the Rules. ChinaGlobe reserves the right to change the nature of this
relationship at any time. ANYONE WHO VIOLATES THE TERMS OF THE CODES OF
CONDUCT MAY PERMANENTLY BE BANNED FROM USING CHINAGLOBE. ENTERING A CHINAGLOBE
CHAT ROOM WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THESE RULES.
ChinaGlobe
specifically disclaims any responsibility or legal liability for the
content, structure and purpose of Web Chatting. WebChat is an unmanaged
discussion protocol, individuals are forwarned that the content,
structure and purpose are without specific form or control. These
resources are not to be used for illegal activities. Read below for a
complete listing of the rules at this site.
You are entirely liable for all activities conducted on ChinaGlobe. The
following rules apply while using ChinaGlobe:

Pornography,
obscene, or abusive language and text images are not permitted

Offensive and
indecent nicknames or usernames are not allowed

Harassing and
irritating another chatter in public or private or via email
are not permitted.

Do not post the same
message more than once.

Impersonation of
others, including a Channel Operators is forbidden.

It is ChinaGlobe's
policy to respect the privacy of its visitors. ChinaGlobe will not
monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of your private
communications.

The following are
strictly prohibited:
- Invitations of chatters to another room or network
- Advertising another internet web address
- Flooding with long text
- Arguing in #help!

Do not argue with
Channel Operators

Do not post up your
messages with color codes in TWO consecutive lines.

Do not load
un-authorize robots into ChinaGlobe Chatrooms.

reserves
the right to refuse access to anyone and for any reason.

If you have a complaint about someone you believe is in violation of the
ChinaGlobe Codes of Conduct, please email the offending handle/nickname,
IP address, time of incidence and cut and paste the relevant content and
email to: webmaster@chinaglobe.com.
